Graduation Party Planning with Outdoor Theater Systems

We are coming on that time of year when our kids are starting to graduate from either high school or college. There is not a better way to show how proud we are of their accomplishments by hosting a graduation party for them.

There is a lot of planning and ideas that come to mind on how to accomplish the best party for all.

It's best to make a list of the things you would like to have available for your guests and trying to make sure you have the favorites of the guest of honor.

Deciding on the proper venue to host the event will be important. Having food and refreshments available will be important as well. It is no easy feat to pull off a great party but planning will be the key. Here is a list of some basic ideas that every checklist should have on them. The rest is up to you:

Seating
1. Chairs
2. Tables
3. Canopies
Snacks and refreshments
1. Charcuterie tables
2. Coolers with drinks for all ages
Decorations
Outdoor Theater System (you knew it was going to be on the list) - it is great to have a projector setup to show images, videos, music, etc. for the big day. Having a system setup will provide you with an opportunity to show off the grad!
