All our equipment is designed with the outdoors in mind! It’s in our name! Wind, rain, and snow are all things that can happen on occasion, but we have some fool proof ways to ensure they won’t ruin your movie night!
Preparing for rain
While it’s unfortunate that it can rain on your parade so to speak, it’s important to be prepared if the weather looks unfriendly. We suggest keeping 3 large yard bags on hand. This way if of a sudden downpour does happen, you’ll be able to quickly protect your electronics. Simply switch off and cover the speakers and media stand with the yard bags. Once the storm passes you can resume the fun!
Withstands cold temperatures
Being in Minnesota we don’t shy away from the cold, we embrace it! Make a chair out of snow and grab the hot chocolate for some fun in a winter wonderland! Our electronics will operate without issue in temperatures as low as 20 degrees. That is if you can! May we suggest our favorite winter movie? You just can’t disappoint with Grumpy Old Men! It’s a winter classic!
Ride out the wind
A little breeze it always a welcome treat on hot summer nights but on occasion the gusts can get a bit too strong for comfortable viewing. Not to worry! All our outdoor projector screens our staked into the ground with heavy-duty stainless-steel twist stakes and tethers. They have been wind tested up to 15mph and still stand!
If the weather's too extreme, take your theater system inside
A great solution to anyone of these issues is to bring the fun indoors! Anywhere you have the space you can set you outdoor system up indoors! If the weather looks like it may not cooperate; a living room, basement, or even garage are great options!
