Warranty

Outdoor Theater Systems warrants manufacturing defects in original material, including original parts and workmanship, under normal use and conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase in the U.S.A. With your dated proof of purchase, we will provide parts or replace the product at our discretion.

Projectors and Blu-ray players are covered under their own respective warranties.

This warranty does not cover damages from negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, failure to follow operating instructions, commercial use, rental, repairs by an unauthorized facility, or products purchased, used, serviced, or damaged outside of the U.S.A.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer assumes the return shipping costs. The purchase price will be refunded onto the credit card on file minus a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be received in new and unused condition, complete with original packaging. Should products be returned in less than NEW AND UNUSED condition larger fees may apply.

Returning an Item

Return authorization (RA) will be required for all returns. If a return does not have a pre-approved return authorization (RA) number on the outside package, it may be refused. Email us at info@outdoortheatersystem.com or call (952) 513-7764 to request RA number. All returns must be in new original condition, complete with original packaging. All returns must be sent prepaid. Customer pays all return shipping costs.

Substitutions

Some items may vary to pictures shown. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better-quality items throughout the systems as needed.

Taxes

Taxes will be charged for Minnesota residents at 7.25%
